Banquets require a minimum of 15 people. They are a formal sit-down meal including entrée and main course. Entrees and Mains are an alternate drop. Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten Free Options Available

Banquet 2: $40 per person

Entrée: Asian Inspired Pork Belly ~w~ Ginger Pumpkin Puree & Arancini Balls ~w~ Aioli

Main: Lamb Cutlet ~w~ Creamy Mashed Potato, Steamed Greens & Jus

                             Salmon Served ~w~ Crispy Potatoes, Green Beans & Lemon Caper Sauce

Banquet 3: $50 per person

On Arrival: Antipasto Board

Entrée: Panko Crumbed Calamari ~w~ Aioli & Mini Marinated Beef Skewers ~w~ Tzatziki

Main: 250gm Steak Served ~w~ Creamy Mashed Potato, Green Beans & a Red Wine Jus

                             Grilled Pork Cutlet ~w~ Sweet Potato Mash, Baby Carrots, Steamed Greens & Apple Chutney

ROAST BUFFET

Roast Buffet: $30 per person

Roast buffets are served in bain maries from which guests serve themselves. Roast buffets require a minimum of 20 people.
