We do charge an Administration fee of $50 to $150

Depending on numbers and type of function

 (I.e. a sit down meal for 80 people requiring clothed tables = big laundry billJ)

We do have a minimum spend on food of $25 per person

No booking is confirmed without a $200 deposit which comes off your bill at the conclusion of your event
