SIREN BAR AND RESTAURANT

Featuring modern Australian cuisine, an inspiring wine list and a diverse cocktail menu, Siren Bar and Restaurant has established itself as a landmark venue in Gungahlin which is suitable for any type of event. We can cater for functions from ten to 180 people.

Our stunning interior includes a restaurant area with table service, wine tower and a large north-facing deck perfect for drinks, cocktail parties, banquets and buffets with friends.

We offer a modern contemporary menu that reflects our philosophy – simple food done well.

Open seven days for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we are available any time for your function. Catering for private events, corporate or casual lunches, birthdays, engagement parties, girls’ night in, boys’ night out or any function that deserves a celebration.

Alternatively, let us come to you. We provide outside catering services for functions at various locations across Canberra and its surrounding regions.

VENUE HIRE

We are happy to reserve an area for your function. Your coordinator will advise you on the venue hire rates and administration fees, deposit required to secure the booking and the most suitable area for your function. All functions attract a setup and administration fee based on your final numbers

FUNCTION TIMES

We are flexible with the start and finish times of your event. The venue is available Monday to Thursday 10am till late and Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am to late. The bar will stop serving alcohol at 12am (midnight).

CATERING

Siren Bar has a number of different catering packages to suit the requirements of your event. Our cocktail packages have been designed to include a sample of appetisers and hors d’oeuvres, which can served in a cocktail atmosphere without the need for silverware. Our banquet packages  require a minimum of 15 people. They are a formal sit-down meal including entrée and main course. Food is served on large platters.

BEVERAGE

Siren Bar features 11 boutique beers on tap and an extensive wine and cocktail list, however we are happy to attempt to accommodate any special beverage requests you may have. You may choose to put on a bar tab for your function. There are a number of ways this can be organised that your coordinator can advise you on. We request that the bar tab be paid on the day of the function. Otherwise, you may opt for your guests to pay for their own drinks.

CAKEAGE

We welcome you to bring a cake along to your event, there is a one off cakeage charge of $30 to have the cake served. Alternatively our team of chefs can create a cake for you – ask us for pricing.

ENTERTAINMENT / MUSIC

We welcome your enquiry to supply your own music for your event. We can accommodate for most music requests with our state of the art in-house music system, however if you choose to organise a band / DJ we ask that they finish by 11pm (for outside and inside events due to hotel noise regulations). All music will need to be kept within government issued noise levels throughout the evening. Our in-house music system will remain on until 12am.
